I work in Manhattan. I ordered "the New Yorker". It did not disappoint. The bread was super fresh and soft, the mozzarella was some of the best I've had, the sandwich was simply awesome. Even though this was a counter service restaurant, the staff was very friendly. They even came around to ask us how our food was. I wish I had more time in Florida just so I could come back here.

My husband and I have been going to this deli quite often for a couple years. The sand which size decreased overtime. Today he ordered tuna fish and since it was bland he has me ask for a second pickle which is one fourth of a pickle. The guy working said its 15 cents for a piece of a pickle. Thank you we will not be going back over 15 cents.

Pretty good stuff, sandwiches are a bit small for the price but the salads have good portions. Service can be a little lackluster at lunch rush when they only have one register open with a long line. Why not open the other one too? Also, the salads could use a little variety. I've yet to find a sandwich and salad place here that has a decent nicoise salad or anything else adventurous.

It was a bit of a stretch coming here on my way from Orlando to Jacksonville as it was a bit off the freeway, but it seemed like a much better alternative to all the fast food joints that would save me time. Happy to say it was worth it as my turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread was delicious, and customer service was very friendly to boot. At $8.83 after tax, it wasn't the cheapest fast-ish food I've had, but it definitely wasn't a lot to pay for what were clearly good ingredients. And the sandwich was a pretty generous size, too, so I was able to make two meals out it.

Not recommended for vegetarians Recently moved to FL and had an opportunity to eat lunch at Dominic's today. As a vegetarian, I am always looking for restaurants that have some good meatless options. The gym where i work out had advertisements picturing a lovely salad bar, so I decided to try it. Delis often have a few good veggie options. Unfortunately this is not the case at Domincs. The only vegetarian sandwich in their extensive sandwich menu is grilled cheese. They do offer two vegetarian soups, although today they were out of the soup du jour--vegetable-- at 2 pm (they close at 6 pm). I ordered broccoli cheese soup and the salad bar--$13--mainly because these were the veggie options. (Vegans, you may be out of luck except for tossed salad.) I was given a medium-sized serving bowl and smaller cup along with the soup. It dawned on me about halfway through the meal that 1) there were no bowls on the salad bar and 2) no one was bringing clean bowls to replace used ones. That's when I realized that "salad bar" may not mean unlimited trips in this restaurant. The salad bar was decent but nothing special. Two lettuce mixes and some of the usual salad toppings, plus potato salad (with bacon in it) and a roasted corn/black bean salad that really needed some seasoning. The mixed greens had some slime in it--spinach or some other leaf past its prime. There were fresh pineapple chunks also, but they, too, were beyond ripe and starting to discolor. The core had not been removed, either, and when you have only one small bowl left for fruit, you don't want to fill it with pineapple core. I tried a few grapes, but one of them had hair on it and the others had visible dirt, so someone was not washing the produce. They did give me another small bowl when requested, but the only other fruit was mandarin oranges--which are great--but not something for which I go out to eat. The soup was very good but did not come with any type of bread. However, I did find lumps of what I hope may have been croutons in the bottom of the bowl. Didn't eat them. Since I didn't add crackers or croutons to the soup, no idea how they would have gotten there. The prep work at this deli does not inspire confidence. The location of the deli is not great in terms of ease of getting there and parking. It is located in a large outdoor mall w/ lots of small shops/restaurants and parking was at a premium (there was a small traffic jam when I arrived just from cars trying to find spaces). On the plus side, the staff are friendly, and at 2 pm the place was hopping with customers. I suspect most of them were not vegetarian, and perhaps the main draw for Dominics' customers is the meat sandwiches. Bottom line for veggie lovers: You will find more variety and better value at Chipotle, Panera, or Golden Corral. And they are far more accessible.

This is Palm Coast's staple lunch spot. You cant go wrong with any of the menu choices and there are tons to choose from! The baked potato salad is delicious and the sandwiches are very unique and tasty. And after you are finished with lunch you can top it off with a homemade cookie.....so GOOD!

The dirty bird was massive and very good. The pastrami was the best part so I think I would've gotten just pastrami had I known. Great customer service and iced tea.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Fast, friendly service and salad bar! Those things are rare, anymore. Stayed in Palm Coast over the new year and was trying to find a decent breakfast spot after failing to find the Elusive "Kreperie" that is somewhere over there. We had almost resigned to Dennys or some such place when I found this. It was a pain to find via Apple Maps [Apple Craps] and the layout of this city is pretty weird with the one way street business happening [bottom line, NOT user friendly! Kudos city planners]. I hope no one has as much trouble as I did trying to get to it with my phone's GPS freaking out, but I am sure glad I found it. It's a bistro style counter service with Jewish Deli [one of my faves!] sensibilities. Pretty spacious inside and the food was perfect and is a good price. Will definitely hit up this spot again if I find myself in the area.

Nice deli! Sandwiches are huge! Just split them and order an extra pickle! We always get the Reuben! And the French onion soup can be ordered in a bread bowl!

I love their sandwiches! I always take visiting family here if they want a sandwich shop lunch. Never disappoints!

Now let me start by sending out some love to this place, but the last couple of times I had food here I either got hair in it or a bug. I know this place deserves major recognition but I just can't force myself to eat here again. Their stuff is GREAT but without hair preferably.

Love the food - best sandwich in PC. Really like your call ahead service. You should have a way to have your call ahead customers get in and out quicker!

Sandwiches are really good. Employees are nice and move quickly, but their sides are lacking and the authenticity of some of their sandwiches are questionable...

This place is similar to Jason's Deli with the sandwich, salad and soup options. There are also breakfast options, which is what I got. I had the French toast with sausage and a side of eggs. For the French toast, you have an option for bread- white, wheat or rye. They don't have a challah or sweeter bread so I just got the wheat. It was great. You get like half a cup of butter and syrup to go with it. I'd go back to this place for sure! The ac was on full blast so if you are a chilly person, you may want to bring a sweater.

Some of the best sandwiches I have had since moving here from NYC. The people who work there are the best, the owner always happy, looks like he loves his business. I live 25 miles away but when I crave a good sandwich I'm there

The best I've had since leaving New Jersey five years ago. The portion size is great and you can tell its traditional just like I used to get back home. The employees are all friendly and the owner is very involved in the business unlike most he has been there nearly every time I have come in.

Enjoyed lunch here on Saturday and breakfast this morning. My corned beef Reuben on Saturday was piled high with boars head corned beef. The sandwich was delicious. This morning I had a bacon, sausage, and cheddar omelette, and my husband had a pastrami and cheese omelette. Never thought of putting pastrami into an omelette but it was absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable and service is with a smile! We will definitely be back.

Excellent food. I came to the deli with three generations: mom had the Reuben panini and pasta salad; I had the Greek goddess pita sandwich; kids had pita pizza and salami/cheese sandwich. Everybody was happy! When they forgot to bring my mom's pasta salad, they brought 4 cookies as an apology. Excellent choice that I found by searching Yelp!

Finally!!! A salad bar to die for. The sandwiches look killer but I can never convince myself not to get the bar and I never finish the whole thing! It's busy for a reason.

This place has great soups and sandwiches. You can build your own, or choose from a good variety of shop's specialties: which are all very tasty. I love coming here for lunch. Only drawback: wish they were open for dinner.
